We earn when we deliver key milestones …not on a calendar basis.
We believe that we should be paid for performance. We bill an initial 1/3 fee when we have completed the Search Diagnostic and engagement. During this period or research team is working hard to identify potential candidates that our senior partner will evaluate.
We bill the second 1/3 fee once we have produced a “shortlist” of candidates for the client to interview. Candidates at this stage have been highly vetted and a Candidate Blueprint is developed.
We are paid our final 1/3 fee once a candidate accepts the client’s offer. We have no administrative fees.
Each engagement comes with up to three full Candidate Blueprint assessments (a $3,000 value).
