He has been in sales leadership and business development roles for world-class companies such as J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, State Farm, Lexis-Nexis, and Xerox Corporation. He has had a successful track record of building strong relationships, developing processes and assembling teams to create value-added solutions for clients. A large part of the success in his career has been the ability to identify great talent and create environments that promote high performance.
