Leah Kalis leads quantitative research and has over 12 years of consulting experience working with public and non-public clients. She has been instrumental in helping clients discover insights about their workforce that has enabled managers to strategically make decisions about how to better manage talent. She has also worked in HR, IT and Operation Management for companies such as Sherwin Williams, Exxon, and Ernst and Young.
Leah has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Cleveland State University and an MBA from Indiana University.
