Louise is a founding partner with over 20 years of experience in leadership and organization development consulting. Her focus has been on strategy implementation, cross functional and team collaboration, and leadership development. She works closely with her clients to develop and facilitate the processes and learning experiences which get the results they want.
Her consulting clients include companies in financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, technology, advertising, and the non-profit sector. This diverse background has enabled her to quickly understand the industry and business culture of her clients and develop approaches which are designed for them. Her focus on the transfer of learning enables her clients to continue to apply new skills and processes after the engagement is completed. Additionally Louise comes with real time experience in managing people and building a successful organization. Her experience includes being the Regional Managing Director at Interaction Associates where she led a shift in strategy that resulted in doubling the revenue in the region over 18 months.
Louise has a BA in Psychology from St. John’s University and a MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
