Recent studies have found that over 90% of business strategies fail to produce the intended results; 70% of the root cause was attributed to misalignment with talent or organizational capability issues.

Unfortunately, many organizations don’t take steps to align human capital factors with strategic objectives, or they assume HR processes for forecasting heads and discussing lists of esoteric competencies will somehow address the issues.

We have developed the “Human Capital LOCK Process”, which is a methodology that takes very specific pieces of a strategic initiative through a series of four human capital “filters” to identify areas of misalignment.  The process is informed by insights derived from analytics, which allow leaders to engage in what-if scenario planning to identify risks and develop counter-measures.
